No Commercial Submissions from Brands
We do not accept product submissions from manufacturers, brands, or their agents. Any submission that appears to be a commercial attempt to influence our editorial content will be discarded and the submitting party may be blocked from future contact. By subscribing to the KitchensAdvise newsletter, you agree to receive regular email communications including our weekly kitchen intelligence digest, product safety alerts, and occasional research reports. Subscription frequency is approximately weekly.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing [email protected]. We will process your unsubscription within 24 hours.
Subscribers to our premium newsletter tier agree to the additional subscription terms provided at the point of purchase, including our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked).
We never sell subscriber lists or share email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes. Our newsletter is strictly permission-based — double opt-in required.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in civil liability, criminal prosecution, and/or legal action by KitchensAdvise LLC. We reserve the right to block access from IPs, organisations, or individuals who engage in prohibited activities without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of KitchensAdvise shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in New York, NY.
Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration or litigation will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration relating to our services.
For users located in the EU or UK, nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, post a notice on our homepage for at least 30 days, and notify newsletter subscribers for significant changes.
Your continued use of KitchensAdvise after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
